Charlie is a Human Resources professional (CHRE) with over 40 years experience in senior and executive leadership roles extending across a variety of sectors from telecommunication to not for profit. After having retired in 2018 as Chief People Officer of World Vision Canada, Charlie now dedicates his time to serving organizations and leaders to advance their People & Culture priorities and professional development. Charlie has a strong sense of commitment to personal values of integrity, excellence, and continuous improvement. He has cultivated a solid reputation for mentoring and coaching young leaders up to C-suite executives. His coaching has focused on team building, leadership development and career transition, and he takes a modern, inclusive and human approach to supporting clients with strategic HR solutions
